Good morning ladies. I have a hangover from one too many vodka sodas last night! And my goal today is to do one if these sessions and my 10,000 steps. Last year I got Covid-fat, piling on 15kg I could not afford! I need to lose it but have limited time, so hoping 20 mins a day can inspire me to stick with the program, Whats your wish for today?
